An additional guest can be accommodated in an extra bed, available on request and subject to availability. Free street parking is available. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Organising events or parties at the property is not permitted.

Two free parking spaces are available a 5-minute walk from the property, near the pool. These parking spots are part of the property and are monitored by security cameras 24/7.
